So after reading a lot of tuts, and etc, i finally got to flash my benq xbox 360, done succesfully. Now im trying to backup games, i ordered a samsung-162c drive and going to flash it with kreon 1.0, have a 15-pack of dvd+r dls, now i have the xbox backup creator, whats the deal with this stealth stuff, does it do it automatically with xbc, for all i know, all i have to do is insert, and dump the game, then burn with xbc/imgburn, is there any thing else i ahve to do with the drive tools and such, or if u can forward me to a tutorial.

Why do you need the Samsung drive when you successfully flashed your BenQ? I’m a noob at this stuff, so I’m just wondering what the extra drive is for.
Thanks,

the benQ is in his xbox, and the samsung is in his pc, for backing games up into .iso files on the pc

Oh, OK, a big “DUH” on my part. Is the Samsung required for burning the discs (I heard Benq can only use dual layer DVDs – is this correct?) or can any old dual layer DVD burner on the market do the job properly?
Thanks,
jawgee

The Samsung is for reading originals and making backups then something like the pioneer 112 for example for burning. Yes the Benq uses Dual layer Dvd for xbox 360 and xbox backups.

ok, so there is nothing involved after dumping the game, so the complete backup will do

When using Xbox Backup Creator, I've found that you have to unlock the drive after inserting a game disc, since the size isn't reported properly at first (e.g. ~5MB.) Also, run the resulting ISO through XDVDMulleter to check iXtreme compatibility, region, and stealth. It's not really necessary, I guess, but for peace of mind.
