Pressing L-Trigger is not the "real" fix, here you go, ;)
I made those for myself, here you have "multi ipl" and "normal boot" modified to handle sleep mode properly (I hope :p), so you can use your PSP 100% as if it was a "normal battery". I tested on some different psp and must work on every phat psp. Now that seems slims batterys can be software "pandorized" without odd problems I'll try to take a look someday when have some spare time why those IPL doesn't works on slim.
There's no readme included, but installation is as simple as with Booster's ones, simply run "Install NORMAL.cmd" or "Install MULTI.cmd" depending wich IPL you want to install, and connect psp via USB when prompted to do it.
I hope it can be useful to more people, and please tell me if there are any problems.

Pressing L trigger to resume from sleep mode when playing a game works better on 3.71 M33-2 but if you press home to quit the game, the psp hangs

Didn't have that yet. I always exit games before powering down. (Don't use the sleep mode)
Maybe it differs for some games.

Yup, it works ok for me. It must work better than L trigger "fix" in fact (and you don't need to remember to do it :p).

Returns to XMB, I had the same problem as you with Booster's one and mine it's working ok for me.

In slim you can't boot to flash, the only thing working on slim is launch DC3 (or any other of those menus) with L-trigger or any ipl you have to launch with LTRG+UP/DOWN/etc..., but it can't boot into flash atm ;(

It's due to slim itself, battery only enables service mode so IPL is loaded from MS instead of NAND, it have nothing to do with what kind IPL you install into MS, I'll try to take a look.

Wohoo! Very Nice. No need to press LTRIGGER anymore :D
Hidden BONUS in this: The there's NO MORE 8020D10 something error when using the webbrowser after waking up from sleep.
[used to happen in BOOSTER's Multi IPL but NOT IN THIS !!!] :D

this does the same thing as other one.
pressing L trigger to return from sleep mode works, but still a bug in it.
try this and let me know if its just me.
boot PSP once you on XMB go to sleep mode, then return from sleep mode by press L trigger.
once you back on xmb from sleep mode try to boot a game from memorystick.
you will notice games dont boot.
they resume fine if you go to sleep mode while in game play, but if you want to boot after sleepmode games wont run.

Are you sure you installed it?? you don't need to press LTRG anymore to wake from sleep mode with those, BTW when returning from sleep mode it doesn't even checks for button presses so LTRG won't affect at all. I tried to go sleep and then resume from XMB and from game too for about 15 times, and I can do everything after going into sleep those 15 times (without power-off psp), please check if you really installed it (you won't need LTRG then).

PS: I need some spare time yet to look at slim... I hope to have some progress on it soon :(

First of all, thank you very much for both ipls.
I have a question about ipl_ms_flash.
When I falshed it to my memstick, first time my PSP booted only with L pressed (and showed black screen + green LED, when booted without L), but afer few boots with L pressed, it boot normally. Why? What happened, when I boot ipl_ms_flash with L?
