Hi all, yesterday I who is such an idiot installed some custom theme via the recovery mode in 3.71 m33-2 and put my psp slim into retirment...... although I could still enter recovery mode, but no matter what I do I still see a black screen when the power is turned on...
Now I read a thread that says that the psp might be permenantly brick, however if I try to recover it using some one else's nand files there might be a slim chance that the psp would boot up.
Could anyone tell me what kind of program I need to write nand files to my psp, and how do I do that as of now my psp could only enter recovery mode. And it would be great if there are other methods that would solve this problem.

well, if you already flashed someone else's nand dump.
you are done, and you should microwave your PSP.

Nothing to do with the link you've provided. If you can still enter recovery menu it should only be a semi-brick. DCv3 should be able to install 3.71 M33-2 with no problems.

did you reflash with other people's nand file or the backup nand file you made on your own psp? I think when ever you reflash your psp with other nand files you would get two different idstorage code which would mess up the psp and render it useless. Right now I trying to find a fix for this as well. Dax posted on the link that I send out earlier talk about a way to format the paritions ( it's on the last few pages if you read the post carfully) I think that would solve the problem but I don't know how and rite now I don't own a P battery... I could certainly buy one off from ebay or somthing but I just need to make sure that I'm doing the right thing...if you found any way plz help me out thx
