show error when choose VIA VT6421 card "An error while querying for wmi data: provider load failure"

I put ixDef.xml for iXtreme v1.2 C,I don't know why show me that.

you installed the chipset correctly? if so try it in another pc slot.

if still getting the same error try plugging the sata cable into another port
