Hi im sorry if this isnt the right place to post but i wasnt sure where was.
I currently have a PSP which has "devhook launcher 1.62b" the newer games however require that I upgrade my PSP firmware to 3.4. Im not really sure how to go about doing this and so it would be greatly appreciated if anyone would be able to point me in the right direction to how to do this or perhaps give me some much needed advice on how to do it.
Cheers and sorry if this is in the wrong place :/

If i'm right you have firmware 1.50 and a devhook launcher (chunglams maybe). You can confirm it under system->system settings->system info.
I would recommend 3.52 M33-4 or 3.71 M33. 3.52 is available from http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?t=75846
3.71
http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?t=80588
3.71 update 2 and 1.50 kernel addon
http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?t=82291
The readme's cover installation.

you need a 1.50 eboot. then you name it 150.pbp.
