Nope. All official PSP software (games, demos apps) are all signed by Sony's encryption key and we don't currently know how to sign homebrew in the same way so it can run under official firmwares. No homebrew means no ISO/CSO loaders.

The new IPL stuff being done by team C+D is a big step in the right direction but ISO loaders are waaaay down the list for people like that as they know full well that the existence of ISO loaders encourages pirates to download all heir games and not buy them, which means games producers don't make as much money which in turn means fewer games and support for the PSP from the big software houses.

This is exactly the reason fanjita and the noobz crew never even looked at an ISO loader for eLoader back when 2.60 couldn't be downgraded and eLoader was all we had to get limited homebrew support.
