How can you tell if an ISO is E or US?

Open your ISO with UMDGEN.

Look in UMD Properties ---> Region

NTSC means USA or JPN.
PAL means EUR.

Open the ISO with UMDGen, then click on UMD Properties. Region should tell you where it is from

Nevermind, the first UMDGen I found was 2.00, I now found version 4.00 and see the UMD properties, thanks again !! :)
