M33 releases NEW PSARdumper for all firmwares

TeaM M33 are back in action just a few short days after the release of the PSP Slim v3.6 custom firmware. In short, this release will allow you to and decrypt ALL PSP firmwares even up to v3.71.

This is a recode of psardumper for 2.XX & 3.XX kernels.

If you are ina cfw of the fat psp, be sure to put it in GAME3XX or in GAME if you have it
configured for 3.XX kernel.

Support for 3.7X decryption has also been added.

The instructions are same as for original psardumper, except that you don't need the DATA.PSAR
in the root of memory stick, but instead the EBOOT.PBP; this is to make it more noobs-friendly
and lazy-friendly.

There is no 3.60 eboot, so yes, you have to grab the flash from a 3.60 slim psp. But that still wont be a full flash/nand dump, because of the hidden system files that dont show up.

well, i just tried this.. it keeps freezing on me tho. i put it in GAME352 and in GAME with 3.52 kernel selected but it keeps freezing where it asks me if i want to dump it encrypted or decrypted. anyone else have this problem?

this is just too great. i like the fact that besides u dun need to manually extract the psar out, it decrypts the prx at very much faster speed than the old 1.

A PSAR file is a file, within a file (namely, EBOOT.PBP) that contains EVEN MORE FILES!! It's used in firmware installers, meaning if you can dump an installers PSAR, you get a dump of that firmware.

thanks to mis-information on most psp sites, many people think there are region coded EBOOT updates....there are none

all EBOOT updates (up to current 3.71 at least) have been identical (check out the md5 values...)

hmmm, maybe that means you need to read the readme..and put the update of the firmware you want to decrypt in the root. just a guess.

then from 1.50 upgrade it with 3.52 m33-4
from there you can run Psar Dumper... I think... :)
