on offical firmware? o tried before and i surprisingly got really close im guessing it was the .drm file that didnt allow me to play it so i wan wondering if there was a program in the works thats creates drm files according to games

No. The official ones are signed by a key that we can't reproduce in the same way normal eboots are. This is the exact reason we can't run homebrew on official firmwares, the psp will only run things signed by Sony's key.

Get a ps3, get online, download a psx game from sony's gamestore, and play it on your psp.
