CycloDS / M3 Question

I was thinking about buying a CycloDS but was wondering wheter the save files from an M3 MiniSD can easily be convertedt o use on the CycloDS.

I have not converted save files myself using this utility, but this utility from R4 (http://www.r4ds.com/soft/2-other-en.htm) themselves is suppose to do the trick.
