How do I use popsloader?

I wanna use it but i dont know how are there suppose to be files in the popsloader folder if so can someone upload the files for me?

or... just.. read the readme and do it yerself it's not THAT hard.. use the latest psardumper (released a few days ago by jasonuk) to dump the files.. move and rename em and voila.
