How do I burn slower?

Hi all, I just upgraded from an old NEC burner that burned at 2.4 and 4x, to a Sony DRU-120C that was lying around which burns from 6-16x says IMGBURN. Is there any way to burn at 2x or 4x for Wii games? It seems crazy that I cant burn at a slow speed. Thanks

I dont know how to make it burn slower, but I was getting very bad burns using 2x or 4x on my pioneer 112d, so I went up to 8x with good verb media both + and -, 16x discs....and my problems dissapeared!

More modern writers are much better at handling discs at higher speeds without giving dre's and such apparently, try a disc at 8x, as long as your media is good you should be fine, best of luck and let us know how it goes!

In IMGBURN, you can change the speed. I always set at 4x.
