Cyclowiz Missing Solder pads

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find any info on it. I've just gotten a cyclowiz v. 2, and the solder pads on S and T are gone. Only the gold squares are there. Is it possible to still solder the wires to them? Thanks.

Just make pads on them, you should be doing that anyway.

During the installation, the on-board soldering pad of "S" was lifted off. An attempt to solder over the lifted pad produced the following results:
Cyclowiz = no LED
Wii power on = Green light followed by no light at all

Does this mean that the Wii isn't receiving a complete connection? Should I solder the "S" wire to the leg?
