ENGLISH TRASLATION.
YES ladies and gentlemen,
we can confirm backup loading on PS3
First in the world
our team has managed to make the first working iso's for the PS3
and beat gods of hacking paradox,
testing their iso's which ended up in complete failure...
a kind of modchip is needed for the isos to load,
and certainly not the iso loader which is fake,
as the isos that have been released by the teams, which are rumored to release an exploit, DO NOT work...
The difference lies in a file SND0.AT3 which is missing from their isos,
and might be responsible for the fact that PDx's isos don't work
Our team is checking the differences between the working and non-working isos,
for this reason we need a program called brdgen
which can open the isos that have been released
Then we need to open the PS3_GAME folder and check whether the SND0.AT3 file exists or not...
If someone has more knowledge and can help,
he can send as a pm and enter the team that will hack the PS3 first in the world!

Notice how they are so certain that its PDX's iso's that are the problem and not their "kind of modchip"
P.S I am not standing up for PDX, because I hate how they lied and said they had an iso loader. It just seems to me that whoever these people are, are doing the same thing

modchip= $$$$
after the famous 'Nacho Libre exploit,' everything seems fishy to me.

I know this wont be popular but for true Sony fans this should be the last thing you want to see happen. With the sales the way they are (not trying to bash just looking at this realistically) the vast majority of owners so far are the hardcore which generally has a higher percentage of pirates. I know its inevitable but I really do hope it takes a year or two so they can have a more stable footing in the market. Sony already looses money on the console take away the backend revenue and it will kill the platform faster than you can say dreamcast.

I agree GrapeApe.
I want to see the ps3 hang around for a while myself.
I do like the console alot.
I don't have a large investment in either console at this point (ps3 and 360). But I do have more ps3 games than I do 360 games. I don't like "halo" type games, I HATE deathmatch (thanks spawn killers!).
I really love the ps3 interface and the games I play on it I enjoy a lot. The Sony updates always add functionality and I like the direction the console is going interface and hardware wise. Games will come. Kinda like "Field of Dream" If you build it they will come! ;)
I agree with you that "Pirating" the console at this time or withing the next year could spell trouble for the ps3. And I don't want that it happen.

notice also how they bash PDX every chance they get and do a comparison that theirs is better. to me this is ntothing more than false claims by someone taht wants to be better then a legend for 10 minutes. also funny how they can produce a mod chip, creat workable iso's of blurays, know that the missing at3 file may be the cause..yet these ppl cant get their hands on brdgen or write their own version? since when does a rocket scientist as around the parking lot for calculator? i remember everyone was able to get cdgen for the psx and dvdgen for the ps2...

the only saving the ps3 would have is the fact not many have 600$ to spare on a BDR drive and a single blank BDR costs about as much almost as a game and sony still makes royalties off the blanks lol

Even so, i still have hope :)
First ever public M33 interview transcript
PSPX: Please, tell us about yourself. Who are you? How many of you? How old are you?
M33: Well we can`t say much about it. This information isn`t secret, but its quite difficult to describe all our members within a few words. As we already wrote, we are Russians and Ukrainian programmers. There are five of us in the team, aged between 20 and 50.
PSPX: Are you working or studying now?
M33: Two of us still studying at the Universities, the others are working at software firms.
PSPX: How long have you been intrested in PSP?
M33: We are all bought PSP about a year or two ago. The reasons were different. One of our team members bought PSP to watch movies, the other to play games, etc...
Its interesting that none of us haven't thoght to code for PSP at that time.
PSPX: Have you ever had another consoles? Have you tried to compile programs & hacks for them?
M33: We had consoles before, but we only used them for playing games.
PSPX: Do you have any hobby?
M33: Yes - fishing and chicks.))
PSPX: How long have you been coding?
M33: Each of us started to write programs on BASIC at the age of 10-15, except one - he started his coding way from FORTRAN
PSPX: Why did you decide to continue Dark_Alex's project?
M33: Because he stopped his work. And we thought that CFW must live, and someone should continue his work.
PSPX: Was the work going hard? What was the most difficult?
M33: The most difficult was to understand which patches were made by DAX in OE, actually that`s not very difficult if you know how the firmware works.
PSPX: What is CFW lacking now? Many people want to see UMD VIDEO support, What is "ideal firmware" in your opinion?
M33: The only thing missing in CFW in our opinion is the ability to run UMD VIDEO. We think that the "ideal firmware" will be from Sony. When Sony understands the useless of their attempts to fight against CFW, they WILL release the firmware that will allow to run homebrew. That will be the "ideal firmware"
PSPX: Such frequent updates can they fright off the people? Maybe they'll start to think that nothing works on your firmware. Such tactics, is it caused by desire to share you work with people?
M33: We've let out the majority of updates only to correct the remaining bugs in ÎÅ firmwares. Now you can notice that updates are not so often, and eachone of them adds all new functions, and not just corrects the bugs.
PSPX: How it seems to you, Sony's acting correctly , trying to stop foreign development for their consoles?
M33: No. Such policy is not correct. Sony should allow homebrew development, as on PS2 in RTE (Runtime Environment) on which you can program homebrew, but can't run ISO.
PSPX: Are you going to work with other consoles?
M33: Maybe with PS3, we're not interested in other consoles ...
PSPX: Do you have any suggestions for the gaming community?
M33: Buy games that you like. The developers are people too, they need this money.
PSPX: How can you comment the rumors that Dark_AleX creates under the pseudonym of M33?
M33: That's not truth. But if he wants to work with us we will be pleased to invite him ! There was a rumor, that he has finished to work with ÎÅ firmwares because of Sony trying to stop him, and is very sad that he has surrendered. Dark_AleX, if you're reading this interview write us on | m-33@yandex.ru.
