Wiikey Config - DVDR Speed / Region Override settings?

What should these setting be set at? On / 3x?
Have NTSC US version of the wii.

drive speed? Depends on your media...
I had mine at 3x for my crappy media.
But now that I got some good dvd+r i put it back at 6x.

I like to have the option to play other region games so I leave that on.

The drive speed is default is 6x and there's really no reason you'd need to change it.
