Yes the Lumines exploit works on all mobos and fw 1.5 - 3.50 and the 3.50 downgrader works on all mobos but for right now you have to upgrade to 3.50 to use it. As far as your second question I'm not quite sure but my guess would be it would depend on how new the stock of the place you're buying it from is but most places most likely have ta-82 - ta-86 mobos and anywhere from fw 3.03 - 3.11
