anyone banned after 1st ban wave?

i've been reading some forums here and there, but it seems almost nobody was banned after the first wave of bans. Has someone been banned recently? meaning you were fine after the first wave of bans but got banned just now or you got banned on a just brand new flashed 360?

if (almost) nobody is banned now, it might look like ms is only gathering data now for the next wave.. and there is no way to tell if the ixtreme fw is stealth or not.

just noticed there are hardly any new bans (excluding those people that took there xbox offline prior to the first bans and now got busted when going online with ixtreme)

I have yet to see you make a positive comment on anything here on these boards since the first wave of bannings begun.

No, we don't know whether ixtreme will do anything to stop bans, we do however know that c4eva, garyopa et al are working flat out to help the scene out and try to beat the checks M$ is throwing at us. Now is a time for the "community" to stand together and pass insightful judgements on what is occuring, not to make "off the cuff" statements without any basis in reality or fact.

In all probability you may be correct but without any hard facts what are you basing your assumption on? My assumption (and thats all it is) Is that the next "wave" of bannings will probably occur during the week before/of the Halo 3 release (which i can only presume is why you mention August yourself)

For all we know, there may still be plenty of people being banned as we type here, I seriously doubt that the majority of people with hacked 360s visit any of the major resources for hacking/banning news, most people are just happy to play there games!!

There has been far far too much rumour milling and scare mongering without a shred of evidence since the bannings first started, please, if you have some facts, share them. If not......

running ms25 & 5.3a firmware. wasnt modded until after the spring update, 2 days before the banning started.

Exactly -As you said "No One has the "facts"", so surely its better to stop the rumour mill from churning out rubbish that has no basis on fact?

I wish i could, I really really do but alas, we've all played this game - if we get banned we have to accept it. As stated previously - wanna 100% avoid a ban? don't mess with the firmware on the drive!! ;)

I am just saying, everybody who is banned feels like crap now. While those who got lucky enough to not get banned, "look down" on those banned and say be greatful. Trust me, watch what you say when you are in that position right around halo 3.

I was quoting someone else, if you look at my post. I am in no way "looking down" on anyone, I just don't like people bitching about something they knew could happen, including me. I was ready to buy a new Xbox as soon as the banning started, and I am still waiting to buy one if I ever do get banned....

Don't hassle c4eva... he made no guarantees that you would not be banned.

If anyone is to blame it's you. No-one is going to feel sorry for you and your xbox will remain banned no matter how much you whine about it. Blaming everyone but yourself will not get you anywhere. Your choices are either to buy and mod a new 360, buy a new console and leave it unmodified or continue to play your backups off of Live.

No.... The majority of us here realise that we took a risk and realise that is no other fu*kers fault if we do get banned, yes its annoying but its not the end of the world, I certainly shall not be crying for a patch as you so eloqunetly put it.

Just because your pissed for getting banned doesn't mean you can lump everybody else in with you, hell, I'll wager that some people NEVER get banned
