well the megadrive/genesis is definatly 2 player and snes one is 4 player cos we play loads of bomberman on it.

theres lots of 2 player games on the snes. you can even play secret of mana with 2 peeps!

You can actually play it with 3!!
NES emulator supports four players -- have to enable four score under joypad config
SNES emulator supports four players -- have to enable multitap under options
Genesis at least 2 (didn't look too deep into options)
SMS supports 2

yeah pity it don't have a n64 emu on it that would be the icing on the cake! :p

They could probably put the few emulated n64 roms that actually work well on there somewhere, but I don't think there's an emulator that works well enough with alot of games yet.

Originally yeah -- now I make my own all-in-one using GCOS
this way I can keep up to date on the emulator versions (the snesgx is constantly updated)
AS soon as my sd gecko comes in -- i'm going to switch over to using that with a 2 or 4gb card
