Busted 3.40 OE recovery config

Well guys this is a really irritating bug, you see my config.se is corrupted, and everytime I try to do something in the recovery menu it later gives me the BSOD upon start up.

Now ive tried the F1 formatter and have had no results. But thing is when i tried formating the f1 with it id press X and it showed no confirmation and the when id press L+R it exited normaly.

Anyways im about to go back to 3.10 OE from 3.40 OE to see if this fixes it. Is there anything else I should try before flashing? Cause im a bit scared of bricking.

just delete config.se from flash1;)

i had the same problem and fixed it by running flash formatter v2 from recovery mode....
