So about a month ago my 360 died... three red lights. I sent it back and they shipped me a refurb 4 or 5 days later. No problem there.
Today I go to turn it on again and guess what? Three red lights again. I call support and I get this one guy with a heavy southern accent. He basically treats me like an idiot and after I do everything he tells me too, and still get the red lights, he hangs up on me. I'm sure it wasn't intentional... at least I hope it wasn't.
So after calling them again and being on hold for another 10 minutes, I get someone else who sounds very sympathetic and offers to fix my 360. I mention to her that its the second time this has happened and she apologizes. So at the end of the phone call she asks me for my credit card number. I ask her if its still under warranty and she says no, the warranty expired on May 6th!!! 10 F#cking days ago! Seeing as how this is my second one broken I would think they could fix this one for free, but of course thats not the case. Has anyone encountered this problem. I really can't afford the cost of fixing it but do I have a choice? Is there someone I can contact or something?Any help would be greatly appreciated.
