a suikoden favor

hi

before i own a psp, i used to play ps1 games on my pc using epsxe. (i have the original disc and a ps1 memory card, but no ps1 console and strangely my ps2 doesnt detect my playstation1 mem card)

so now i own a psp, i have suikoden 1 on my psp, but i wanna continue where i left off from my PC espsxe. i heard of cwcheat but i have totally zero idea how it works .. my epsxe save have a few other game saves in it , (how do i extract the save i want?).. so right now i wanna ask you all a favor to convert my suikoden 1 epsxe save (epsxe000.mcr) to a psp save (MEMCARD1.DAT) .. is it possible?

*additional info* my psp FW is 3.30oe-a and my suikoden 1 runs on POPS. i ripped the game myself with my own icon/pic and the game id i used is SLUS00292

so in short, can someone help me convert my suikoden 1 save file from epsxe to a psp save?

attach is a rar file with epsxe000.mcr in it, any help will be much appreciated !

You would have to load the POPS version of cwcheat. The readme should contain the details of how to open up the memory card manager, but from memory it should be done by holding the select button after the PSX logo screen has loaded.
Place your *.mcr file from espsxe in the /seplugins/cwcheat/mc/ folder and you should be able to load it to one of your memory card slots. So if you choose to load it into slot2, you will be able to access it when you choose to continue on Suikoden. Once it has loaded you should save to slot1 which will be a normal PSP MEMCARD1.DAT save.

thanks for the reply, but i still dont know how to activate cwcheat.. i've copied the MS_ROOT folder to my main but when i run recovery mode and go under plugins, theres nothing in there..

im using cw cheat 0.1.7 REV. B by weltall

anyhow i tried running the game.. and hold select after psx logo screen.. nothing happens..

MS_Root stands for Memory Stick Root. Meaning the base "folder" of your memory stick, what you need to do is copy the contents inside of MS_Root straight to the top level (root) of your MS.
