if ms was going to ban everyone with backups they should have done it when the 360 first came out..looking at how many 360s that are now flashed they would be in trouble..they struggle to cope as it is..just a thought thats all......

Chipped consoles dont work on live with Xbox 1.

Certain softmods did.

These softmods were quite clever and evolved over a long period.

M/S did ban a lot of people with Xbox 1

You can't really cheat with backup's on the 360 so you don't spoil the offical player's fun so that's why they are not banning you..

yes i know..but they did that in the very early days of the xbox bieng sold..my point is that they have sold so many 360s that have then been flashed and used on live. people would just be returning them to ms complaining of allsorts just to get a replacement,if they were banned...

Thing is you wouldn't be able to return them, if the system said your console was modified that's that.
