LMAO thats great. I do have to say that the ps3 is the worst designed console since, well, the ps2. The ps3 is the ugliest thing I have ever seen, and very unimpressive. Its more of an evolution and not a revolution. Xbox360 already has it beat.

who cares what the controller looks like. it may actualy be incredibly comfortable. as for the looks of the ps3 console..i prefer it over the xb360. the ps3 will fit right in with a home theatre. as for specs..the ps3 looks insanely impressive. time to see some in game shots now.
nintendo i believe starts their show tommorow. :)

Im the opposite, lol. I think XboX 360 looks tight and this thing looks like shat. Was fully expecting it to say Phantom on the side when I first saw the pics, lol.

you have to look at it sideways. then you can see how it will fit perfectly with a home theater system. just throw it on top of a receiver. looks good. however..i guarentee you nintendo will have the best looking console again this time around. come on..3 dvd cases stacked together. that is damn small. cant wait to see what nintendo shows off tommorow.

Is it just me, or does the Playstation 3 font send Spiderman the Movie font vibes down your spine?

Now that I´ve seen all 3 consoles (finally) I´m most impressed by the xbox360 and the revolution. And I tend to be more eager to know the revolution. Its really tight and small and no additional buttons. Everything is in a perfect shape. Only thing that concers me is that Nintendo stated that the revolution will have only 2 to 3 times the power of the gamecube. And with the other 2 killer machines it will be hard to competite with as most of the casual gamers will be blended by the power. I just hope Nintendo did the right thing and will not make the same "mistake" as with the gamecube and the revolution will catapult us to another level.

Well, technical specs shouldnt worry you yet, cause nintendo always give out modest comments about the power.

When the cube came out the numbers they said it could do were smaller than the ps2 can do (cause they were talking about REAL game numbers and not raw triangles) but as you can see from the good productions, cubes graphics CAN be better,as long as its not a sloppy conversion.

Also, dont forget that revolution and xbox360 share a lot of common parts, and if the specs flying on the net are real, then the revo will be more poweful than the xbox360.

Of course all these are not confirmed and we have to wait and see!

p.s. Also, i am with the guy that thinks this is the worst design, both for the controller and the console.

HAHAHAHA, they took a boomerang and put buttons on it! Woohoooo... You gotta give em points for originality. They better have an alternate controller that's normal. About the Revolution, I heard that it has 4 2.5 ghz IBM cpu's, soooo, HOLY ****. I'm hoping that those are the right numbers, because I'm impressed. I mean, they fit that into a tiny little box, that takes skill.

They took this:

LMAO!!

By the way, this controller reminds me of the cheapass 3rd party ones sold for 5-10$ back then...

I really hope its not the final design.

And PLEASE, TAKE THE DAMNED DPAD OUT OF THERE AND REPLACE IT WITH A STICK...

WHO ON EARTH will mostly use that instead of the stick?

Sony's R&D must be on drugs...
instead of changing their (already dated) controller they send it back some generations, as if they found the holy grail of controller design and stick with it.

Oh, by the way, i now found out why they did use the boomerang idea!

Arent supposed the controllers to be wireless? So in case you throw it out of the window in frustration, it always comes back, lol

:p
