Xbox 360 from a friend or shop?

Hey all,

First i just wanna say that i can get a Preowned Core Xbox for £150 with a years warranty..

But my friend is selling his core xbox for £100, apparently he's had it new since March..

The MFR Date is 2006/06/12

It hasnt been opened or anthing because the MS seal is still intact..

But the only probelms ive had with it, are..

1) The disk drive sticks when you try and open it.. (this happens with sammy drives apparently?) so does this mean i have a sammy drive?

and also

2) Theres something loose inside

So what do you think? should i keep it or tell him i dont want it?

yes the sticky drive is very common mate, if he is a good trusted friend then get it off of him, the loose thing is probably a plastic clip from the casing
