Potemkin, A PSP emulator for Windows is now available! The bad side is, it's creator Ector is unable to dedicate anymore time to the project so this release is the source code only. There are hopes that the emulator will fall help improve the PSP homebrew scene even further, all it needs is someone to continue the good work.
UPDATE - YOU WILL NEED vc++2005 sp1 runtimes (Please Install before trying the emulator)
Heres the news from PsyMan:
Potemkin (codenamed DaSH) is an experimental open source HLE PSP Emulator. It is created and released by ector under the GPL license.
Here are some features of the emulator:
Features: (end-user point of view
- Plays Puzzle Bobble Pocket JAP
- Starts AI Go
- Runs numerous demos from the PSP SDK
Technical Features:
- Badly simulated PSP kernel
- Mounts ISOs and CSOs (no DAX!)
- Mounts Windows directories (no good UI yet for this)
