CWcheat general question

Well the first time Im trying to use this litte app. But I´ve got no idea how to start it. I already installed the seplugins folder and restarted my psp with R and enabled the 2 plugins and restarted my psp again. I also added the MC fix for 3.40 which Im also using.

I read the readme in the CW folder and did the installation but there is no hint how to start it since its not a EBOOT.PBP file that Im used to. Did I miss something or do I just have to start the game? I dont think so there must be something to initialize the whole progress or something where I can type my desired code in? Maybe press some keys while in game???

Sorry Ive searched but nothing and normally Im not that nooby but this time it seems like I failed lol :eek:

Edit: Maybe I should add that Im trying to start a psx game with it. Is there another program that I should use?

Edit2: Found out about holding down the SELECT button for 3 seconds for the cwcheat menu to come. But I cant select a cheats file its all black. Maybe its the fact that cwcheat is not ready for 3.40 yet. Also when I enter Manage MC and try to save it says unable to find MC contact weltall

or maybe your game is missing from the database? which is cwcheatpops.db open with a text editor and check the id.
plus you need to update the prx for 3.40 mc support you can find the file in the main site

cool a respone from the creator himself. What an honor hehe :) Well your tips helped me I used this other program Pasky´s CWcheat POP database editor in which I have loaded the cheatpops.db and I found out that my game (Bubble Bobble) had a SLES_000000 number so I edited it to the correced value and replaced the file you told me and whoops it worked.

Hope that helps other ppl that have the same problem.

Thats a pretty old version if you're using the POPs editor that is seperate.

Get CWcheat Database Editor 1.72:
