ok here is what i found out , plz dont flame me for this ,
ok i have 2 psp one is a silver jap 1000 nd the other US black 1001 , anyways after installin 3.40oea on both of em i cudnt get the t-mobile hotspot on my jap psp , all i got was the psp spot , u restored settins to default , but dint help , so what i did was spoof my region to USA but that dint work either , then while it was on USA region , i restored the default settins and nd magically the psp has the t-mobile hotspot init , so what i di next was i spoofed my black psp to JAPAN region , restored the default settins and the hotspot feature is replaced by the psp spot , very very interesting and moreoevr , when i did this to my black psp , i looked in the recovery menu and the spoofing was disabled and i looked on the psp's xmb under the web-browser and there was the portable tv and the psp spot just like my jap psp , very strange! although i have corrected it! :D
