Downgrading 3.10oe to 3.03oe

i'm using firmware 3.10oe' and i'm wondering how abouts do i downgrade it to 3.03oe-c so i can customize da icons etc.

you install 3.03oe like you would if you were on 1.5 or on 3.02oe.

dark alex isn't sony, you can downgrade upgrade all you like.

You install it like if it were an upgrade. No need to downgrade
