Delete Update folder, BOOT.BIN, and all other language files besides English. There are a lot of files to delete. Final 191MB without relinked any musics and movies. You can get it smaller, if you relink some of the musics and movies.

Hi, I made one yesterday for PSPForce.
It results in a 238MB uncompressed iso, if you do a 9level ciso over it, you get it down to 73MB.
