VGC to DOL?

I know that there is a program that convert DOL to VGC so that the viper user can use DOL to execute on their gamecube.

But is there or can someone make a VGC to DOL converter so that we, non viper user, can use.

No there is no such program because viper bioses are decrypted

jockyw2001 over at dextrose was working on such a thing. But sadly the release of anaconda made him lose interest it seems. Realy wish he would complete his work. Would be realy sweet. Heres the thread if your interested.

Hitmen made a decrypter for VGC files, but I think it doesn't work with Cobra (not sure). Here it is!
