Bad Samsung ejects all the time

I have a Samsung that ejects all the time even after reflashing to original firmware. The box is ok with another Samsung but this one dosent work and ejects all the time. Flashing it is no problem and the firmware is ok. Anybody knows whats wrong and how to fix it?

make sure that when you reassembled the casing the eject button didnt get stuck in the eject hole or is always pressing on it or fouling it in any way.

be sure that all the cables from the drive to the motherboard are inserted correctly.

I have tried the drive with out the eject button and the Xbox360 works fine with another brad new Samsung that i have tried with. It must be Samsun PCB related because i also tried the PCB on a new Drive with the same problem.
