To start, I have an M3 Simply, no matter what I do this program does not seem to want to save. I have tried creating single game batches (I've been testing Shadowgate, since it's easy to save) and multigame and nothing I do seems to matter. I have NesDS WIP1, has anyone managed to fix this problem? Thanks

Save states won't work on the R4 or M3 DS Simply until someone with the source code updates nesDS to work with DLDI. So until that happens, you're out of luck.

Someone needs to get on this. I would think this would be an easy thing to do. I think a good NES emulator is THE homebrew for a DS.

You are so not kidding! I have bought five DS consoles so far for friends and family along with an M3 simply to live my childhood again. I love to play the new games but my biggest desire is to play all of the games I played as a child anytime anywhere and as good or better than it originally was. I have tried everything to get saves to work but now I see it is just a DLDI issue. I would be up for donating $50 to any developer that can make something on par with NESDS but with save support. I hope others are out there willing to follow suit. I know most of the work is done because alot of emulators for NES exist so its somewhat of a porting issue.

Also if any of you are really into 8 bit check out Grandtheftendo. Just google it.
