Hey. Just yesterday I entered the DS homebrew scene and I'm loving it. However, although my backed-up GBA games work great and run smoothly, there is a noticeable amount of ghosting on the screen, sometimes very pronounced (like when running around full-speed in Mario games etc).

My setup:

R4 in slot 1 (not that it matters)
ezflash iv lite deluxe in slot 2 with a SanDisk 1GB micro card

I'm running the latest kernel (1.72) and I'm loading in GBA mode (because loading with R4 then running slot 2 from there makes the GBA games super choppy). The GBA games themselves seem to run full speed, but the ghosting is killing me. There is no ghosting when using my retail GBA carts. Any way to fix this? Thanks.

Wow, is this the wrong forum to ask questions in? I never got a response! :(

Nah, this isn't the wrong forum or anything... just no one seems to know. This doesn't happen to me though because of the fact that I can't run GBA games... bummer.

You may not get an answer considering not many people use EZFlash compared to SC and M3

Is there ghosting with the M3? There is always a slight hint of ghosting regardless if you're using an actual retail game cartridge or a flash cart, but on the EZ flashcart the ghosting is much more noticeable. So is there no apparent additional ghosting when playing the Mario games and such when using the M3/SC? And please don't make your answer favor the particular card you own just because you own it, thanks.

P.S. Is there a end-all solution to flash carts for GBA rom playback? I have an R4 that works perfectly with DS games, so I need a flashcart that will play GBA flawlessly as well.
