cyclowiz replacement chip on its way from clycops

today i got an email from cyclops about my faulty cyclowiz chip. thay told me to send them proof that i brought a chip (so i did) thay then replyed to my email saying that my replacement chip is on its way. finaly an email responce. have other customers who contacted cyclops had replyes today.:D :D

i have had a email from them 2 saying
