Formating my MicroSD card?

I have 2 options Fat, and Fat32. Which is best for the M3 Simply?

I used FAT, worked fine.

Both work but some people have reported problems with fat 32 and slower SD media.

I faced some problem due to FAT32.
I recommend to use FAT for SD card.
