it would be great if it did support ISO's since I rip all my umd's and play the ISO's on my psp simply because they load much quicker..
and being able to play PSX games would be great cos been able to play my PSX game collection on my psp was one of the reasons I updated to a custom firmware..

Donno if the server stays up but couldn't upload attachments due to some bug i the system i think.. it adds : behind the .bmp and refuses to upload it.. :S

but heres what i got so far on my psp..

This is really very basic - I went old skool tonight. This is the EXACT same font and background I always used when I was still at v1.50. Flashed as 300x170 and yes - Flashmod v3 still works in OE-C, and I chose to turn the Azura effect off.

which makes my icons appear really bad and fuzzy detail

look really high in quality.

Could someone provide me with the vista background in bmp format as im having issues making it smaller then 150kb when I do its loosing color I have no photo editing software installed so im stuck.

If someone would I would be great full just that image on its own as I already have pictures to combine it with :)

Edit: Saved the pic as a bmp then called it "01-12.bmp" and flashed it picked Jan theam and it worked so im happy :D

Because evryone asked me how it's done im decide to make a little tutorial of it. Im belgium dude so don't blame my bad englisch ;-). All the glows ar in the system_plugin.rco for the people they dont now it. Anyway here a little tutorial. Grtzz


1) Search a 2.50 system_plugin.rco (always half decrypted)

2) open rco editor 105 and see for the following things


- [MIG] tex_default_text_focus = Glow of the selectbar

- [MIG]tex_optionmenu_base = When you press triangle on whatever you see right a grey infobar, that is this

- [MIG] tex_line = The lines of the xmb. See screenshot for detail

3) Now you now where evrything stored (glows) so you can go edit them in Photoshop or simulair

4) Change the color in realy simple. You add the pic in CS2 and just take the magic tool and select the little grey area and just fill with color and thats it.

5) Hope you all can do it now, so not just ask here.

I've 'created' this XMB using different mods. All I have done is make my own font and mixing up the custom waves with the custom 1-12 (which are by undertaxxx I believe) and finishing it off with the golden topmenu.
I don't know who made the topmenu, but I do not take any credit for it.

This is the result:

Buth i have done the Music & Photo load icon buth it's offcours from 2.50 firmware so i dont now that evrything stay working after flashing the 2.50 music & photo_plugin.rco. So let me now if all functions are intact or that they are problems with the 2.50 rco's. Grtzz & download below

Normall they must zoom because the shadow and evrything it's still there, just added a black glass icon. Buth just like i tought the music and photo not work perfect on OE 3.xx firmwares. Allot of things are changed from 2.50 firmware so thats a problem we have to find something on ;) . Anyway you have the icons if you need them :)

What you need to do is look in Photo_plugin or w/e, using RCOeditor. You can see pics using that before you extract. The ones you're looking for are:

tex_line_xxxx (I can't remember exactly) - for the seperation line
tex_folders_photo - for the cyan folders. I had to redraw mine; you can't flood fill these pics b/c of the texture. (something like that) haha

Just look around and you will find them.

hmm... undertaxxx... did U test it..:) 'cos it's funny..:) but U gave. music_plugin.rco but in 3.03 OE-C is music_main_plugin.rco.. i think it's obvious i have to rename your file... but I want to ask for sure....

Any body test it.?? Does visual player works..? becouse I have strange felling that answer is NO :)

EDIT: Test done.. when i do a change name trick.. music crasches while playing or changing to next song..

I know... I just wanted to know if someone knows how to convert a PNG with alpha to a 32bit BMP ( 256 color and still with the alpha channel ).
I succeed for the 256 color but with PS I can't find how to generate an alpha channel from a png image...
