Another N00b downgrader

I've been reading thru the forums for a few days now trying to figure this out but I cant....

Ive got a Japanese PSP sitting on my desk that I got before UK release....

Its currently running firmware 2.80

How do I get it to 1.5 to upgrade it to dark Alex 3.10 OE

I feel like I've tried everyting.

HEN enabler...crashes
Downgraders...dont work

Is it different coz its jap?

downgrade it with the 2.80 downgrader then install 3.10OE-A then the small update to 3.10OE-A'

just keep trying or if you have access to GTA:LCS UNpatched version upgrade to 3.03 and go down from there using this downgrader http://www.noobz.eu/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=38&Itemid=1

Only issue.....finding 3.03 firmware for a JAP psp.......

if you try and install a non 1000k one it jus comes up as corrupted data....

HEN isnt likeing this at all.....go into the folder in photos and it shows a pic of a hen and crashes......

Every time.....

it goes in a folder called UPDATE that goes in the GAME folder

All Updates Are The Same So Yes

i used the us 3.10 and jap 1.50 to get to 3.10OE-A on a UK psp

All Sony firmware updates are the same, even though they label them for specific regions. Your PSP being a 1000K just means the hardware parts might be from different manufacturers eg the LCD screen. Other than that, there shouldn't be any difference from any other PSP.

Try reformatting your memory card and running the 2.80 HEN again. Or if you have an unpatched version of GTA:LCS, update to 3.03 and downgrade from there.

That or 3.03 OE-C
Only real difference is that you can customize icons etc. in 3.03 OE-C and not in 3.10 OE-A or A'...

you cant install the up date to 3.10OE-A' from any other version than 3.10OE-A thats my fault i gave you the wrong link sorry it should be this one http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?t=47485 install this then do the update
