sorry if this has already been done/asked...is there anyway i can change like the icons/background pics on a ps1 eboot? wat program lets u edit them? or is a case of once its been packaged as an eboot thas it...if so, how can i extract a bin/iso from the eboot? and package it again...

The simplest answer is check some of the popstation gui's, particularly Zingaburger's one as it does the lot ;)

cheers buddy! i have that gui, but i dont think it has the option to edit an already made ps1 eboot...unless he's updated it or im not looking hard enuff.

grab pspbrew, install it, and double click your eboot. it enables u to set ur custom graphics , sounds and pmfs then save the eboot back.
hope it helps, this is how i edit my popstation eboots.

ahh i tried psp brew, it keeps hanging on my machine for sum reason::(

From what i know pspbrew corrupts the eboots.

Zinga's gui can customise existing eboots, there should be a 'customise eboot' button to open the options up. Browse the 'psx image' to the eboot and use the cuustomise section to pick the new images.
