While it could be this, i somehow doubt it. It could also be a new entry in the Silent Hill franchise.

Or a Zone of the Enders... for Nintendo ahahh!! I wouldn't be surprised to see a petition against such things lol!! While i doubt it, it could be a new DDR for next-gen platform... I don't recall an announcement for 360 and PS3.

And let's not forget the Castlevania franchise... My point is, it could be so many things, don't get too excited!

it would be worst for Sony if Konami say MGS5 is Xbox 360 exclusive as with Ubi's Splinter Cell. :D

Yeah, MGS4 on 360 won't happen. Kojima is trying to get Sony to give him 50 gig dual layer blu-ray discs for the elaborate sound system that he's having created for it.

this is only due to him having to replicate the files to reduce seek times... a 360 release wouldn't need to replicate anything... and it could be multiple discs..

either way it WILL come to 360.. don't know when.. but it WILL!! damn it... theyd be retarded not to do it..

I personally could care less about the game, I just would like to see it on the 360 just so that everyone that kept saying it'll never be on anything but the PS3 can finally be shown that anything can happen. Of course, there may be mass suicides after Konami broke the hearts of thousands of fan-boys.

If they did announce MGS4 for the 360 I would sell my ps3. It just wouldn't be worth it for 3 exclusive games coming out next year. I'd just buy it back next year when good exclusive game have come out, and there will hopefully be a price drop.

The saying is "I couldn't care less" (think about it), and I hate Microsoft with a vengeance so I hope the 360 doesn't get it just for that reason.

My feelings for them are bittersweet. Great games, but at the same time, with all the trash talk and buy outs for exclusive titles, couple with the fact that the xbox division has lost microsoft more than the entire population of this city will make in 10 years, (4bil, xbox, +1bil 360 -2bil360 5billion in the red), one can only think that the only reason gates keeps pouring money into it is to see sony crumble.

Great games.

Bad vendetta.

Kojima in a recent interview was asked about if MGS4 would be impossible on 360 due to lack of blu-ray. He said that it would definitely be possible and that multiple discs would be an option.

For sure, it'll be about PS3, PSP, Wii, and DS games. And not any 360 games. And for sure, it'll be ZOE3 EXCLUSIVELY for the PS3. Meanwhile, the 360 gets classic like Konami Arcade Classics of the 80s.

Meanwhile, every 360 Xbots is regretting that they bought a 360.
They actually want a PS3, but they're too poor to afford a decent gaming console, so they have to settle for less: the 360. Lol.

Personally it would be all right me, so I play it to me on xbox without spending 600 Euro for Ps3. But I believe that news is not true.

The games you multi plataform they are wrong, the ps3 is clearly superior to Xbox 360, this would also bring to a diminution of the graphic quality on ps3 not to make to see the difference with Xbox 360

alot of us 360 owners aren't 'Xbots'. most of us also own a ps3 also alongside of our 360, so 'we' can compare the two consoles legitimately unlike most ps3 owners who are perhaps tweens, pre-teens and teens that mommy and daddy purchased their console.

most of us don't have mommy and daddy to get our stuff for us. so we are not too poor to purchase the almighty ps3, we have already got one and perhaps we also have a wii in the mix too...

I never said Kojima said that... Kojima has seemed to want to speak out about his dislike in the PS3 hardware on many occasions but always seems to bite his tongue...

duplication is a fact for Blueray... what game on PS3 hasn't needed duplicating to reduce load times on Blueray inturn nearly doubling the space of the initial game?

just look at oblivion... oblivion has lower res textures then its 360 counterpart and takes double the space... all just to keep the load times on par with the 360 version..

My guess is because Kojima has said shtuff about it possibly being on it. But I don't give a damn either way. I've never liked the MGS series, it could be Sony exclusive until they die for all I care. I loved the Metal Gear games, but MGS killed the feeling to it. Oh, except the MGS Gameboy edition, that was good. I'll just stick to my Splinter Cell, it's a lot better of a game.

I think the #1 reason is just to leave Sony and their rabid fans crying in the corner. I honestly don't like the game, but would like to see it go to 360 only because there are so many people that go ape sh*t when you suggest it's possible. They act like you just told them that you killed their mom and urinated on her. If it wasn't for those people, (and the ability to see their reaction if it does happen) I would say the PS3 can keep it.
