Need NDS Homebrew Help!

Hey i've had my psp for around 8 months and i've completely learned everything:) Now i wish to move on to my NDS which wad purchased on the UK launch date.

My questions:
1.What do i need to start NDS homebrew?
2. What flashcard is the best of the best?
3. Where can i buy this flashcard?
4. Can it play NDS game roms is there a loader?
5. I'm in the UK please provide guides and websites to get me started

1. You need a flashcart, which come in 2 different flavors.. slot 1 and 2.. If you choose a slot 2 flashcart, you can play ds roms/homebrew, as well as gba (in most cases), but you will also require a passcard device to bypass the nds security. If you choose a slot 1 flashcart, you will not be able to play gba, unless someone releases a gba emulator for ds (I wouldn't hold my breath), but the passcard ability is built in, so you will only require 1 piece of equipment if you go this route.

2. This question has been asked a million times, and there is no right or wrong answer.. It all depends on how much you are willing to spend, whether you want built in memory, or want to buy your own memory card, whether you want to be able to play gba roms, and whether you require certain homebrew applications to work. In my opinion, if your looking at slot 1, then go for the M3 Simply, or the R4.. if your looking at slot 2, then maybe go G6 lite, or M3 lite.

3. I am not sure exactly where the "Best" place to buy from in the UK is.. I order most of my stuff from divineo.com, but I find they are fairly popular, and their stock is always sold out of the things I want.. If you have ordered from a mod supplier site in the past, and you had a good experience with them, I would stay stick with em..

4. NDS roms will work 99-100%, as long as you have a passcard (or you have installed flashme.. but you will need a passcard to do that in the first place).

5. Your looking at one of the best resources for getting started.. I learned everything I know from the maxconsole forums

OK all clear just one question with a slot 1 flash card can i play nds roms?
If i choose a slot 2 will that require 2 different cards?

You can play nds roms with *ANY* flashcart.. I believe that is the reason most people buy them in the first place.. If you choose a slot 2 flashcart, you will also require a passcard of some type, which I for some reason cannot find on the UK divineo site..
