Ok i'm pretty new and all these numbers and stuff are confusing. I know a bit though so its ok.
What I would really like to know is what is the best, Most user friendly and easiest to use piece of hardware for the Ds in order to play games?
Also a link to a site that sells this item and delivers to Ireland.
Thank you.

I'd say get either the M3 Lite or the Supercard Lite. You can get it here (http://www.divineo.com). Hope that helps.

It should work with either Lite or regular.

I was looking at this (http://www.modchip-store.co.uk/M3-DS-SIMPLY-p-321.html) site and I was wondering if thats what you mean. Also will I need to buy anything with it?

It wasn't what I was talking about, but it works too... just not with as much homebrew. But you won't need anything to go with it. It depends what you want the most out of it.

For ROMS it's probably better to go with the M3 Lite or Supercard Lite, especially if you want GBA ROMS.(The Simply is slot-1, so no GBA support) I don't know how many ROMS do work with the new Simply, though.

I was thinking more along the line of NDS ROMS

Well I dunno how many will work with the M3 Simply... you might ask on the M3 forums... or search the forums. I'm no help there.

Whats with you Pedro you post all over these forums but its all clueless stuff!
Anyway to answer your question Doffy, the M3/R4 is your best bet for NDS Roms and most homebrew but you also need to buy a MicroSD card to go with it. The M3/R4 is a slot-1 device which means it fits in the same place as a regular NDS cart so it will work on the lite or the fat DS. If you are interested in GBA roms then you have to go with the supercard or similar slot-2 device.
Once you get your M3 you just need to take the microsd card and copy over the system files and then any roms you want to put on it and thats it. I still havent found an NDS rom that doesn't work on these devices. You can buy any of these items from Modchip or Divino and they can deliver to Ireland. You can get the microsd card from Scan.co.uk.

The DS-X is way more expensive and there are a few roms that don't work on it but if your not paying for it then no big deal. The only other complaint with the DS-X is that you can't add any more memory to it. It has 512MB and that's it but again its not really a problem unless you want to use your DS as a MP3 or movie player. On the plus side you get the flashy LED thingy hehe :D
