Tried Removing -Demo at the end, still doesn't run.

Any solutions, Fw: 3.03 OE-C ?

try dissbaling everything from recovery

set 303 kernel to game folder then try i dont think demos work in anything but game. just like psx games.

Exactly. PSX games and official SONY demos will ONLY work in GAME (set to use 3.03 kernel).
