Just one question: Im not a noob in the psp gaming scene but in the psp video
scene ! Now i read about the full resolution thing and im interested in testing this. So, now to my situation: I have alot of avi, xvid, divx films on my computer. to bring em to my psp what is the best format and what is the best converter (i.e. 3GP?). I want the full resolution und i want the films to be as small in size as possible. so pmp, aac, avc, mp4?????

Im also a little bit confused about the storage. where do i have to store the
files? root\video, root, or root\MP...... Can i use any filename in 3.03 OE-C or
must i use this sh....y type/number combination?

Is there any tutorial?

(Don`t flame: i know these are more than one question :-))

Thx for the answer. Now i`m totally confused and just use 3gp-converter with the psp setup *lol* - no matter what the result might be.

I use 3gp converter only for high res resolution, for normal Mp4 i use Nero recode!.

go for mp4 avc, successor of pmp, only works in oe-c version. pmp was the best video format before dark alex rls oe-c to max the resoltion to 480X272. making pmp useless now. also, mp4 avc can be played on pc. pmp u cant.

use xvid4psp. option are already setup. u just need to choose what quality u want. intended for beginner encoder. 3gp are for advance user, which they chnge the setting minimize the file;s size but maintaining the quality. use xvid4psp for no hassle.
