I Semi Bricked my PSP on 3.02oea

Please can someone help me.
I was upgrading my PSP to 3.02oea so I could get to 3.03.
It bombed out during the whole process and now I have a semim bricked psp.

I can access the recover menu and I have copied the recovery files across to where they need to be.
I did do the reflash thingy so that it would be able to read the .PBP files.

Here is the problem. When I try the recovery in the menu. (the third option) the psp just freezes for a while and then shuts down. Still semi bricked.

Please tell me that someone can help me or do I just have a fancy cup coster now???

PS. I have done a lot of searching and everytime i found a problem simular to mine, the person would magically have solved it and not posted how. I do know how to use search!

have you got the recovery folder on your mem stick

mine wos freezing and i think it wos the recovery folder i had wos corrupt OR some thing so i downloaded it form this sight some were and replaced the one i had and it worked

EDIT:take out the bat leev it for a wile and than just use the usb/charger leed
or power pack

Yeah I do have that. I even tried downloading it form three different places.

It is still doing the same thing the whole time. As soon as I try run the recovery, my PSP just freezes up and shuts down.
