Haven't tried this, but might be worth a go...

Got to the youtube vid you want to watch. Get the url, type it
into the online converter below. Select PSP/iPod. Then download
it to your PSP...!

well ''maybe'' it is possible but because psp doesnt have that much of ram (memory) inside it wont play or it wont buffer, who knows maybe in the future they will support flv or (bigger) swf files. I was testing and I put a mp3 of 3 MB into a swf file and it worked but I'm testing normal avi and mpeg or mp4 files into swf. Most of the case you will see ''There is not enough memory'' offcourse you can stream mp3 files via RSS but movies nope. It is because sony made the ''location free player'' with this you can stream your ''media'' on the net. On the 1.5 fw you can stream movies with pimp streamer and vlc player (google it) for now you can watch (swf) movies like 150/300kB on the net, yeah it is slow indeed. There must be a way to stream movies via RSS and on the net. For now you need to download first (mp4 format) on the memost. and then you can watch it on your PSP. I tested flv and swf video players that work with MacroMedia Flash 6-9 and below but none worked 100%. PSP tries to load the vidplayer (this takes a while) and then it need to load the movie (when press play) this is the part when the vidplayer stops and only keep saying Loading. . . . . . that's the only problem. If the (flv/swf) video player was installed on the PSP it would be easier to run movies on YouTube thought.

What you can do is to download the movies you like and convert it from .flv to .mp4 for the PSP or iPod. I recommend Xilisoft or Total Video Converter.

I found a nice one .. not for you browser but you can convert any video on the web (youtube.com, gametrailers.com, ...) into a lot of different formats (psp#1 320 x 240, psp#2 368 x 208).
The amount of videos that can be converted is limited on a monthly basis but you can simply register with another eMail-address for the same limit again ..

pretty handy and quick online video converter -> http://heywatch.com/

If someone could make 1 then it would be awesome but I think it's hard to make 1 thought because of the lack of memory inside :( Or they should buffer the YouTube vids straight on the memory while watching. Should be great

I thought that the last version of pimpstreamer could do that.
Couldn't open from your web browser but from the pimpstreamer browser.

(Apologies if someone said this already). Since streaming isn't an option, if you wanna Youtube videos for playback on your PSP (for free), you can use the Firefox extension Unplug and the 3GP Converter. 3GP will even make a working thumbnail for you, if memory serves me right.
