anyone remeber this game

hey gang i am trying to remember a game for ps1... it was a fighting game, one of the charecters was named glacier... it was kinda like mortal kombat but the fatality was combo moves... does anyone remember this.. am am gooing to run it on my psp if i can find it... thanks

it was never out for the ps1, its a rare/nintendo game. theres an emulator which runs on the pc and xbox, but im not sure if its been ported to the psp.
