yeah, not a typo. i dunno, i feel i installed the 3.03 wrong. see i installed, left my backlight to 2min, i forgot that, panicked, hit the pow button, i didn't get the reset to factory settings screen(yunno where ya press circle).

but it says 3.03OE-A. i upped that to 3.03OE-B. i still can't play the video file i made (which i should be able to, course i coulda messed that up...)

anyway to make sure once and for all, so from 3.03B to 3.03B again, how? from what i gather i go down to 1.50? anyway a lil help. thanks.

It should be fine if its working normal otherwise, but if you feel you did it wrong and want a clean install, just follow the readme and downgrade back to 1.5, then reinstall 3.03oe.

Downgrading back to 1.5 is a wast of a flash, a clean install would actualy be just re installing 3.03OE-A or any other CFW or a Sony firmware using Dark_AleX's generic firmware installer, they first format Flash0 were the firmware files are installed.

So flashing back to 1.5 then back to 3.03OE is just a wast of time and using up the flash limit even thought I dought we will ever hit its normal limts within the products life time, but flashing to 1.5 is a bad idea as their is no recovery mode if something goes wrong during install your stuck with a brick, were if a CFW SE or OE is installing as long as the 1.5 subset is install you can recover from it unless its a hardware fault.
