please help cannot run transcode 4.1 .. gives me runtime error

I just installed Transcode 360 Beta 4.1 on windows xp Professional pc, but when I try hxxp://localhost:41952/ it gives me following error.

are you meant to write hxxp instead of http

To run transcode360 you need Windows Media Center Edition 2005 or vista Ultimate. If you haven't got it, get it and only then can you use transcode360.

The localhost address is for TVersity which will stream to the 360 without MCE.
