ms25 bad flashed

Hello, this is my first post and my first problem with my xbox, well i've a xbox with the samsung 25 drive, the problem is that i get an e65 because i flashed it badly and i don't now how to recover my drive, can someone help me? I've tried everything and i get nothing

Adittional data: I've the original firmware of the ms25 and the chipset of my motherboard is a via8237

just reflash the original firmware over to the drive.to do this consult the read me for the flash you used,there should be a read me file in there telling you what thje command is.

should be no probs.

also dont use kdx to patch the xtreme firmware with your key.use 360sam for the hack next time.it creates a modified xtreme firmware to flash over to the drive after the extraction of the orig.bin(original firmware)

in a dos prompt, go to the directory that has the file and type x360sam, press ENTER and the instructions for x360sam will come up.

ok, but how do i do that if my motherboard doesn´t recognize the drive?

You can get the instructions from the software in Windows or booting to DOS. I was answering that question.

In regards to your MB not detecting the drive... Well I have the same chipset and I do not have the 360 drive turned on when powering my PC.

This is what I go thru.

Turn PC on
Boot from USB
Type MTKFLASH command, before pressing enter I turn on the 360.
Wait to see green ring of light flash around.
Press enter.
If option for Sata channel doesnt come up I press ESC then type the MTKFLASH command in again. This usually does it for me, timing seems perfect for my drive.

It might come down to your timing, but at no stage does my Motherboard report the samsung drive at POST since its turned off. So im not sure what you are reffering to.

jingleb, i've done everything you sais, the first time no device were found, so i pressed esc, the i wrote again (i didn't turn off the xbox) mtkflash w orig.bin and i read this "port:a000 master/slave:a0", after one minute i didn't change so i pressed esc again and i read this:
"status=00, should be 70
ERR=user break"
and after that thw system is frozen and i've to reset

What do i do now?
Did this happen to you?
The solution to all these problems is a PCI/SATA card?

You said you did a bad flash but it has been flashed so firmguard will be enabled and you will have to use the enable0800 disc, this may work.

i thought that the enable0800 disc it's for drives with xtreme firmware 4.x-5.x; and i think that i don't have it because when i was going to write xtreme firmware 5.2 it just wrote the first bank then i had a error (sorry i didn't say this):o

Ouch.

0800 disc may still be worth a shot. Other than that, hopefully you have a backup of your drivekey for a replacement drive if its needed.

so i just have to burn the enable0800 in a DVD+RDL the insert it on my xbox and i can install the firmware again,don't i?

ouch, i've another problem, the disc doesn't spin, what can i do now?
