I'd like to understand how does it work in eboot downloaded (or customized.. :D ) from Ps store?
Inside the package there's the emulator and the compressed crypted (tested) iso to run in the actual version of the emulator so they cannot update since it already work for the game downloaded?
What about a standalone version of it without having a completely new firmware?

There are required files in the flash0 maybe someone can get them to run on lower firmwares but your best bet is 3.02OE-B. Sorry if you have a ta-082

I'm pretty sure the emulator is imbedded in the firmware itself. The OE-B update probably just gets it to run custom eboots and/or activates it.
Note this is speculation on my part, I have no technical knowledge or real evidence for it.

I've a 1.50 japanese not-Ta082 one, but I was waiting for something less nand dependent based on official emulator. I don't know if upgrade to 3.02 oeb or wait leaving my psp with original firmware.

You always have the option to downgrade back to an official Firmware with Dark_Alex's custom firmwares. No reason why you should, but the option is there.
